EARLY BIRD CLASS, is a slightly stronger class at 07.45-08.30h (CET)
Monday Wednesday Friday
REGULAR CLASS 9.30-10.40h class (CET) is for all levels, you do what you feel comfortable with while listening to your body.
Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday Saturday Sunday
SLOW STRETCH CLASS, is a relaxing class, suitable for people with reduced mobility or those wanting a slower pace and a good stretch.
