The EARLY BIRD CLASS, is a slightly stronger class as it’s a little cooler at 07.45-08.30h In the winter this class is on zoom. From June onwards it’s a Monsoon Thai resturant.
The 09.30-10.45h class is for all levels, you practice at your own level doing what you can while listening to your body. The Slow Stretch Class, 11-12his a relaxing class, suitable for people with reduced mobility or those wanting a slower pace and a good stretch.
