Francesca Stutely

Francesca completed her Yoga training at The Yoga Centre, Madrid in 2006 and teaches public and private classes internationally.

With her wealth of experience teaching yoga she has the ability to tailor the classes around all participants, making this retreat suitable for all levels of ability. She emphasises that yoga is not a competition but a very personal practice and journey, honouring the body with its capabilities.

In addition to her work as a yoga instructor Francesca is a Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner and a NLP Master Practitioner.

Francesca completed her 4 year Rosen Method training, with Marion Rosen in Berkely, California in 1994.

She first qualified as an NLP practitioner with Richmond life coaching in Denia,Spain in 2007 and completed her NLP Master Practitoner’s course with Robbie Steinhouse at the NLP School,London,in 2011.

Ann Leese

Ann qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1983 and has worked in health care since then, both in the UK National Health Service and privately. She is also trained in Bowen Technique and is a Qigong and Metaphysics teacher. Her passion is personal transformation and the journey towards being able to access greater levels of health and vitality, joy, creativity, love and inner peace.
