The venue is located in a peaceful rural setting near the village of Birchover, Derbyshire and a short drive from the historic market town of Bakewell and the stunning house and gardens of Chatsworth Estate.
Cratcliff is a 300 year old farmhouse surrounded by fields and woodland with the dramatic back drop of Cratcliff Tor rising up behind it. The underfloor central heating and two log burning stoves make it a warm haven to return to if you venture out for a walk into the surrounding countryside. Within a short walk of the house you can reach the top of Cratcliff Tor for a dramatic view of the surrounding countryside or visit the hermits cave carved into the rock below. Also in the vicinity are the remains of two ancient stone circles, the grey ladies and the nine ladies on Stanton Moor. For those sensitive to earth energies you will be able to sense the special qualities of this location.
Accommodation with breakfast is available at the venue. Alternative accommodation is at a nearby bed and breakfast, Stanton in Peak B&B.

Francesca completed her Yoga training at The Yoga Centre, Madrid in 2006 and teaches public and private classes internationally.
With her wealth of experience teaching yoga she has the ability to tailor the classes around all participants, making this retreat suitable for all levels of ability. She emphasises that yoga is not a competition but a very personal practice and journey, honouring the body with its capabilities.
In addition to her work as a yoga instructor Francesca is a Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner and a NLP Master Practitioner.
Francesca completed her 4 year Rosen Method training, with Marion Rosen in Berkely, California in 1995.
She first qualified as an NLP practitioner with Richmond life coaching in Denia,Spain in 2007 and completed her NLP Master Practitoner’s course with Robbie Steinhouse at the NLP School,London,in 2011.
Ann qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1983 and has worked in health care since then, both in the National Health Service and privately, assisting people in their return to health and wellbeing. Ten years ago she did an additional training in The Bowen Technique.
I have a keen interest in natural health as well as personal and spiritual development. In addition to making healthy lifestyle choices I recognise the importance of developing a peaceful mind, of becoming more aware of the subtle messages and energies of the body and of developing a deeper connection to our inner truth.
In addition to my individual therapy work I have been facilitating group meditation / mindfulness events, teaching various techniques and practices that I have found beneficial in my own personal journey towards a more peaceful, loving, connected, energised way of living.
