Day 1 of clean eating challenge -Ditch wheat, sugar and dairy except goat cheese!

Snack was guacamole with edamame beans, and a sliced apple.
Dinner was homemade veg soup and salad, with a sesame oil dressing from Japan… Best I have ever tasted if I may say so myself! ( it was the oil). Oh and some asparagus with a dash of olive oil and ground flax seed.
Full your cupboards and fridge with fresh colorful veg and fruit …. Bin the rubbish, you know what it is!
